隱私權政策
本政策說明 I Got You（helpeachother.huhu-tech.com）如何處理你的資料。生效日期：2026 年 9 月 27 日。
我們收集的資料
- 帳號：Email 或中國手機號、密碼（只保存雜湊，不保存明文）、暱稱、公開 ID，以及你選擇上傳的頭像。
- 使用紀錄：場次參加、簽到與簽退、點數與交易、獎章、關注與封鎖、站內信。
- 語音：互助會與陪伴群的即時語音經聲網（Agora）傳輸。我們不把通話存成錄音。
- 購買：點數透過 Apple 的 App 內購買完成。我們只接收 Apple 的交易憑證來發放點數，不經手信用卡號或付款帳號。
- 通知：若你允許推播，我們保存該裝置的推播 token，用來提醒場次。
- 驗證碼：註冊或重設密碼時，把一次性驗證碼寄到你的 Email 或手機。
我們怎麼使用
- 建立與登入帳號，提供陪伴群、互助會、點數、獎章與通知。
- 核對購買，避免同一筆交易重複發點。
- 回覆你寄來的帳號、購買或場次問題。
我們不出售個人資料，也不用這些資料做跨 App 廣告追蹤。
我們會交給誰
- Apple：處理 App 內購買，以及你允許時的推播。
- 聲網（Agora）：傳遞場次中的即時語音。
- Email 與簡訊服務：只為送出驗證碼。
同場的其他會員可以看到你的暱稱、頭像，以及這場與你相關的參與狀態。
保存與刪除
資料在帳號存續期間保存。若要刪除帳號與相關個人資料，請寫信到 gumpcpy@gmail.com，並附上你的公開 ID。我們會在合理時間內刪除，依法必須保留的紀錄除外。
兒童
本服務不是為 18 歲以下的人設計。我們不會明知而收集兒童的個人資料。
變更
若本政策有修改，會更新這一頁，並改寫上方的生效日期。

Privacy Policy (English)
I Got You lets people 18 and older join voice sessions. We collect your account (email or phone number, a hashed password, nickname, public ID, and an optional avatar), session activity, points, medals, follows, blocks, and in-app messages. Live voice is sent through Agora and is not stored as a recording. Credit purchases are completed by Apple; we receive the transaction so we can add points, and we do not see your card number. If you allow notifications, we store a push token. We use this information to run the service, grant purchases, and answer support email. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-app advertising. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. To delete your account, email gumpcpy@gmail.com with your public ID. The service is not directed at anyone under 18. Effective September 30, 2026.
